According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Lecce are still shocked by the death of their physiotherapist, Graziano Fiorita, so they are refusing to play Atalanta tomorrow and will not leave for Bergamo this morning.
Lecce don’t want to play Atalanta tomorrow, just two days after the tragic death of their 47-year-old physiotherapist, Graziano Fiorita.
According to Gazzetta, they won’t be leaving for Bergamo this morning as the team is still shocked by the death of Fiorita, whose dead body is still in Brescia waiting for an autopsy on Monday.

The Lecce staff member suddenly passed away on the eve of the game on Thursday, so the match, which was initially scheduled for Friday, was moved to Sunday.
Lecce, however, were disappointed that Lega Serie A rearranged the fixture without their consent and only two days after the death of an important staff member and a friend of many players.
Lecce didn’t train yesterday and will take to the field for a light training session today.
Lega Serie A have refused to postpone the game further, while Lecce are shocked and haven’t trained for the last two days.
It remains to be seen how the situation will evolve, but if the game is confirmed and Lecce refuse to play, they will lose 3-0 by default and be docked one point.
Lecce ultras have bagged the team not to play, hanging a banner outside the Stadio via del Mare on Friday: ‘Not taking to the pitch is the only thing to do,’ the statement reads.
‘Shameful Lega, you are sickening to Lecce.’
