The keeper is very familiar with the English professional game. Clark has previously turned out for Coventry United, Watford and Bristol City in the Barclays Women’s Championship. She was a title-winner with the latter in 2022/2023. Clark also turned out for Bristol City during their time in the top tier.

On the international stage, Clark has been capped by Wales on 25 occasions at senior level.

After joining Leicester City, Clark said “Leicester is a massive Club and the facilities are great; they speak for themselves. Leicester are really ambitious and I’m excited to get going. I can develop myself here; I’ve got everything I need.”

Clark is Leicester City’s first signing of the January transfer window. The club could do further business before the window closes.
