Exactly 20 years ago on May 25th 2005 Liverpool triumphed over AC Milan in Istanbul to lift their fifth Champions League title.
In what will go down as the greatest comeback in football history, Liverpool's stars created an indelible memory for all of us supporters.
Now in order to celebrate the anniversary, Liverpool have dropped a really unique collection on the club's official retail store with some one of a kind retro kits, including one that has never been seen before.
There's a glorious long sleeve retro purple goalkeeper shirt in the collection, too. Embroidered with a golden Liver Bird with 'European Champions' above and 'Istanbul 2005' with five stars underneath, the gold beautifully contrasts the vivid dark purple colours.
It's a remake of Jerzy Dudek's famous shirt on the night, and it's a must have piece. That purple Rebook goalkeeper kit was one of the best shirts Liverpool have ever made.
This remake comes in 100% polyester with the same old-school Liverpool logo and the classic Carlsbeg sponsor. It's £60 for the long sleeve version, which is an absolute bargain.
The retro feel of the shirt means you can pretty much wear it anywhere and pair it with anything. It's one of those cool pieces that will make you stand out from the rest.
It's inspired by the original home shirt worn and it includes unique gold detailing.
What makes the piece really unique and never before seen is that the there's NFC technology hidden in the Liver Bird crest that unlocks exclusive Liverpool content on your smartphone, including a competition and an exclusive interview with Sami Hyypia.
Importantly, Liverpool have partnered with carbon capture company 1PointFive to reduce the environmental impact of all the shirts in this collection.
Using 1PointFive's innovative Direct Air Capture technology, the carbon footprint of each shirt is addressed by removing an equivalent amount of CO₂ from the atmosphere.
So not only do these shirts look unreal and are limited edition, it's also environmentally friendly.
If shirts are not your thing, there's other memorabilia you can pick up in the collection, too.
You can buy magnets, scarfs and commemorative boxes, including one with a shirt signed by all the players in the squad on that famous night.
There's a signed Dudek, Steven Gerrard and Vladimir Smicer photo you can also get your hands on. They come in a frame so they are ready to be put on your wall straightaway.
Meanwhile, you can also buy the celebration magazine priced at just £10 to relive all the memories all over again.
It's genuinely one of the best collections Liverpool have ever dropped. But stocks won't last forever, this is a limited range so you want to check it out as soon as possible.
