LAST TIME OUT

City secured a superb midweek victory over Barcelona in the Champions League.

Goals from Naomi Layzell and Bunny Shaw secured a well-deserved 2-0 win over the European champions at a sold out Joie Stadium.

It was a wonderful, landmark moment for Taylor's side and continued our unbeaten start to the 2024/25 campaign.

Last weekend, the Blues also beat West Ham United 2-0 to move top of the WSL.

Previous meeting

Goals from Lauren Hemp, Jess Park and a brace from Bunny Shaw gave City a 4-1 WSL win over Liverpool last March.

The game, held at Tranmere Rovers' Prenton Park, was watched by 3,377 fans and the hosts' only consolation came late on via a Khiara Keating own goal.
