Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique, goal scorer Achraf Hakimi and full-back Nuno Mendes spoke to PSG TV about Les Rouge et Bleu's Champions League semi-final triumph over Arsenal at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday.

Luis Enrique:

'My first reaction is to be very happy, for everything the team and the supporters have achieved. We still have two finals left to play, but we have shown this season that we are a real team, including all the supporters and everyone at the club. I think today we showed great character, but we still have two more games to make history. We have suffered throughout this Champions League campaign, sometimes a lot. I remember earlier in the season we weren’t talking our chances and we struggled, but we kept doing our job, kept trying to improve every day. I think the players have done their job and now, the stadium, with the supporters, it came alive with great intensity during the difficult moments in the match.

'Today we didn’t see the real Paris Saint-Germain because it was hard to play our game while defending set-pieces. But we showed no matter the match, that Paris Saint-Germain will fight and will achieve its goals of making history here. That’s our aim. How must we approach the final in Munich? Like usual, I don’t think we should change anything, because it’s with this mentality with the positives and negatives that make us special. When I walk in the streets of Paris, people tell me : ‘This year we’ll win it’ and I hope we will!'

Achraf Hakimi:

'It's impossible to describe this feeling. I've been waiting for this moment since I signed for Paris four years ago, looking to make history. Right now, I want to enjoy this moment with all the supporters, who deserve it too. What am I most proud of? Everything this team has achieved. We have been through so many tough times in this competition. I remember when we were almost eliminated from the Champions League, not many people believed in us and the work we were doing. That's what I'm most proud of, the attitude and the character that we have shown throughout. I think we deserve it and so do our families that have always been there for us.'

Nuno Mendes:

'I think Arsenal played very well, very strong. We have already been in this situation, when we have had to dig deep to get results. I think we deserved to win. Today was a very tough game, but we did our job and we are in the final.'
