However, PSG has been quick to downplay the speculation. A club spokesperson told L’Équipe, “It’s not true.” The report also hints that Salah could be leveraging the rumors to strengthen his negotiating position in contract talks with Liverpool.

Meanwhile, Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna reported this week that Salah’s priority is still to remain at Liverpool. While he continues negotiating a new deal with the club, he is also in talks with PSG.
