After an emphatic victory against Azerbaijani champions Qarabag midweek, Lyon will be hoping to replicate that performance against fellow contenders for European football Nice. One point currently separates the sides in the Ligue 1.

L’Équipe reports that Pierre Sage is set to make four changes to his side that were 4-1 winners in the UEFA Europa League last time out. One of these changes is set to come in defence with Moussa Niakhaté set to replace Warmed Omari.

A likely formation change prompts two changes in midfield with Jordan Veretou the only player keeping his place in the middle of the park. Nemanja Matić and Corentin Tolisso should occupy the spots of Ernest Nuamah and Tanner Tessmann. In Nuamah’s absence, Rayan Cherki is set to move out to the right flank. Despite scoring a brace against Qarabag, Georges Mikautadze should drop to the bench with captain Alexandre Lacazette to replace him.
