Manchester United winger Antony put in yet another stunning performance as Real Betis eased into the quarter-finals of the Conference League last night.
Betis came out on top 4-0 away from home as they travelled to Portugal to take on Vitória S.C. in the second leg of their tie.
The Brazilian has been in outstanding form for the Andalusians and their CEO has already stated that the club would love to keep him another year in Sevilla.
The 25 year old was given a rating of 8.3 on Sofascore after another sensational performance.
He played the entire 90 minutes and he scored his side’s third goal of the game after 58 minutes.
The winger ran at a tiring Portuguese defence on the counter-attack and fired a low drive into the bottom left hand corner, to give the keeper no chance at all.
On 80 minutes he was once again giving the opposition fullback nightmares as he took on the defender, beat him for pace and cut the ball back for Isco who slotted the ball into an unguarded net for the Spanish side’s fourth of the night.
He had 40 touches of the ball and completed 70% of his passes.
Antony had one key pass in the match but failed to connect with either of his two crossing attempts.
The Brazilian was also successful in one of his three dribble attempts.
The United man also contributed defensively as he often does, winning four out of his seven ground duels in the encounter.
The Brazil international made two clearances and three interceptions in an action-packed night.
Antony will next be in action for Betis when they travel to Leganes on Sunday afternoon.
