Midfielder facing another suspension after being sent off against Wolves
Bruno Fernandes is facing another suspension after he was sent off for the third time this season in Manchester United’s 2-0 defeat against Wolves.
The midfielder was dismissed following a second yellow card two minutes into the second half at Molineux.
Already on a booking, Fernandes was shown a red card by referee Tony Harrington for a late tackle Nelson Semedo.
Fernandes has now been sent off twice in the Premier League and once in the Champions League this season.

In the Premier League, he was shown a straight red card against Tottenham in September for a foul on Spurs midfielder James Maddison.
But because that red card was overturned on appeal there is no additional suspension added to his red card against Wolves, so Fernandes will only miss one game for two yellow cards.
Fernandes will be banned when United play Newcastle at Old Trafford on December 30 but he will then be back to face Liverpool at Anfield on January 5.
Asked if he was worried about another red card for Fernandes after defeat to Wolves left United down in 14th place in the Premier League, Ruben Amorim said: “I am always frustrated with the red card, but it can happen as he always want to go for the ball.
“It is not like he wants to stop the player with a yellow. He wanted to go for the ball, the guy got there first and there is a contact and that thing is tough on him also.”
