Mario Hermoso rejects Bologna move | OneFootball

Serie A side Bologna would have to continue to find a new defender and they have faced disappointment in a move for Spanish defender Mario Hermoso.

Hermoso has been linked with a host of names across Europe and the likes of Napoli and Inter were offered the chance to sign him. They haven’t moved for him and in the meantime, Bologna came forward for him, as they look to replace Riccardo Calafiori, who has joined Arsenal permanently.

Sky Italia have now reported that Bologna have met disappointment in their chase for Hermoso, who has rejected them. He is now waiting for other offers and clubs and Bologna will look for another centre-back.

Bologna have also made an attempt to sign Mats Hummels on a free transfer, but the German is yet to respond and is also waiting to make a decision regarding his future. Jaka Bijol is also a target for the Rossoblu.
