Paris Saint-Germain rolled to a 4-1 win over LOSC Lille on Saturday night at the Parc des Princes, sealing the victory with a dominant first half in which they scored all four goals.
Bradley Barcola opened the scoring in the sixth minute, pouncing on a rebound after goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier blocked Ousmane Dembele’s curling shot. Barcola had initially set up Dembele and reacted quickly when the ball bounced back into play.
PSG kept the pressure on, doubling their lead in the 22nd minute when Marquinhos headed in a cross at the far post. His effort deflected off the post and past Chevalier. Six minutes later, Dembele made it 3-0, finishing a pinpoint pass from Joao Neves with a composed side-footed strike.
The best goal of the night came just before halftime. As LOSC tried to recover, Desire Doue unleashed a rocket into the top corner, leaving Chevalier with no chance and putting an exclamation mark on PSG’s dominant first half.

PSG captain Marquinhos scored his first goal of the season in the victory over Les Dogues and discussed the team’s form in the mixed zone ahead of their UEFA Champions League clash against the Reds.
“It’s the perfect scenario before a match like the one against Liverpool,” Marquinhos said (h/t Canal Supporters). “We’re in great form, some players have returned to the team, and everything is going well.
“It’s the perfect scenario because we’re winning and full of confidence. We can’t stop now—the staff is pushing us to give our absolute best.”
The Brazilian shared more details about the current form that the squad is experiencing as they now focus on the Premier League side.
“I don’t know if we sent a message today, our very good form has been going on for a while now,” Marquinhos added. “We really wanted to prepare well for the Champions League, and that’s what we did.
“The coach is very demanding with us, we have a quality bench, and everyone knows that if they’re not performing well, they’ll go to the bench. We really rely on the team, it’s been a long process; we’ve progressed step by step, and now we’re ready to make great performances like this. But there are always things to improve.”
