It's not every day players break world records during training sessions.
London City Lionesses defender and Republic of Ireland international Megan Campbell has set a new world record for the longest throw-in for a female footballer with 37.55m (123ft 2in).
The 31-year-old has represented the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool during her career, with her long throws a constant weapon, most recently helping her current club overcome Birmingham City to clinch promotion to the Women's Super League.
Campbell took on the challenge at London City Lionesses' training base in Kent, aiming to throw the ball beyond a mannequin placed at the 35-metre mark, which she passed with flying colours.
