Milan interested in Como boss Cesc Fabregas | OneFootball

Serie A giants Milan are interested in the possibility of hiring Como boss Cesc Fabregas in the future.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported today that while Sergio Conceicao’s position as manager is fairly secure, the Rossoneri are keeping their options open depending on how things go later in the season.

If Conceicao does depart, Fabregas will be a leading candidate to be the next Milan manager. Another name on the list is that of Maurizio Sarri, who is desperate to return to management after his exit from Lazio last season. Marseille boss Roberto de Zerbi also has admirers at the Rossoneri, even though bringing him away from the French club will be quite difficult at this point of time.

As of now, only qualification for the Champions League will guarantee Conceicao a spot on the Milan bench next season. Till the time that target has not gone away, he will stay as the manager.
