Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah has won the Premier League’s Golden Boot for a record-equalling fourth time.
Salah ended the 2024/25 Premier League campaign as the division’s top scorer after netting 29 goals for the title winners. He finished the season six goals clear of nearest challenge Alexander Isak to claim the Golden Boot.
It’s a fourth Golden Boot for the 32-year-old, following previous successes in 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2021/22. His latest accolade levels the all-time record of four Golden Boots, which he now holds alongside Thierry Henry.
Salah scored during Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace on the final weekend on a record-breaking afternoon. His goal was his 47th goal involvement of the season, matching the single-season record held by Andy Cole (1993/94) and Alan Shearer (1994/95). Both of those players achieved that feat in a 42-game season.
He also became the first multiple winner of both the Golden Boot and Playmaker Awards, having also led the Premier League for assists (18) this season.
Salah is the first player in history to win the Premier League Player of the Season, Golden Boot and Playmaker Award in the same campaign.
