City in the Community (CITC) has undergone a digital upgrade to strengthen its online experience and help keep fans more up to date.
From an upgraded website to a new marketing preference and social media channel – it’s never been easier for fans to hear about what the charity has going on!
Whether you’re interested in early-bird event access, community programmes, chances to win or the latest news, here’s how you can stay in the know.
New features of the revamped CITC section of the Manchester City website include pages about the charity’s purpose, its impact, and how you can get involved through fundraising and events.
Fans can now view each individual programme that City in the Community offer, with more in-depth information about how each one can be accessed.
Additional changes to the webpages include fan access to CITC’s latest web stories, the charity’s strategy, latest auctions for historical City items, and much more.

Fans can find videos from player visits, programme overviews as well as from their storytelling series WEAreCITC where voices and stories of its participants across Manchester are profiled.
Speaking on the recent changes to CITC’s online platforms, the charity’s Head of Communications and Engagement, Rachel Clarkson said:
“We are all extremely proud of the impactful work our charity delivers across Greater Manchester and are passionate about sharing those stories with fans.
“This upgraded digital presence is an important step towards making CITC information as accessible and enjoyable as possible – helping us to enhance interest and awareness for the charity.
“I’d like to thank all fans who have supported the charity online in recent years and hope that, together, we can spread our message of empowering healthier lives through football further than ever before.”
Fans can also support the charity’s work through the recently relaunched City in the Community Prize Draw.
Each month, fans around the world* can get their hands on signed player shirts, and unforgettable experiences through the CITC Prize Draw.

It runs each month, and you can enter for just £5 a ticket. Supporters can enter on a one-off basis, or they can sign up to a direct debit, meaning they enter the draw monthly automatically.
