Antonio Conte has set up a company to handle his image rights, which is seen as a possible hint he intends to terminate his Napoli contract.
The coach has been openly critical of President Aurelio De Laurentiis and the lack of investment in the training facilities, as well as his frustration on their transfer strategy.
He has hinted at potentially leaving the club after just one year at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.
According to reports, his contract has no release clause, so Conte could in theory simply resign and terminate the deal by mutual consent, so long as he agrees not to take any more wages.

Calciomercato.com suggest there is another clue that he might be preparing for life beyond Napoli, as on April 1 he founded an independent company in Turin along with his brother Daniele.
Officially, Restate Srl was created to purchase, control and deal with image rights, both in Italy and abroad.
This has people on alert, because Napoli famously insist upon having all their players and coaches sign over their image rights as part of the contract.
Therefore, if Conte wanted a company to run his image rights, it would automatically mean they were no longer owned by Napoli.
