Barcelona renew Raphinha’s contract

Fortunately, one crucial renewal has now been sorted out completely and the player has even put pen to paper on his new deal. As has been made official by FC Barcelona through their various sources and online platforms, 28-year-old Brazilian forward Raphinha has now renewed his contract with the club.

His new deal will now extend his stay at the club until 2028, and that means that the Brazilian forward gets to have even more years to show his best version. This current season was by far his most impressive campaign yet as a professional football player, and it was one that has now allowed him to be one of the contenders for the prestigious Ballon d’Or award.

As Hansi Flick’s most used player this season, and with 34 goals and 25 assists in 56 games during this campaign, Raphinha has earned the right to stay at the club. However, he will need to continue delivering like this for the Catalan giants and Flick will need to continue to get the best out of him.
