Julian Nagelsmann has announced his squad for the Nations League finals, which will take place next month in Munich and Stuttgart.

The major debuts in the squad are Nick Woltemade and Tom Bischof. The Stuttgart striker has been a revelation this season, and his form has earned him a rightful call-up to the team, while he will also be included in the Germany under-21 squad later this summer. While Bischof makes his debut in the senior squad, however, unlike Woltemade, he will not be participating in the under-21 Euros and will instead travel to the USA for the Club World Cup with Bayern Munich.

When it comes to returnees, Marc-André ter Stegen, Niclas Füllkrug, and Robin Gosens are once again included in the squad after lengthy spells out.

Ahead of the Nations League, teams are allowed to name a 26-man squad for the finals, which is why the squad is larger than usual.

Germany will face Portugal in the Nations League semi-finals on the fourth of June in Munich. A win will then see them play the final, in Munich again, against either Spain or Portugal, who are contesting the other semi-final.

Full Squad:

Goalkeepers: Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nübel, Marc-André ter Stegen,

Defenders: Waldemar Anton, Yann Aurel Bisseck, Joshua Kimmich, Robin Koch, Maximilian Mittelstädt, David Raum, Jonathan Tah

Midfields: Karim Adeyemi, Nadiem Amiri, Robert Andrich, Tom Bischof, Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka, Robin Gosens, Pascal Groß, Felix Nmecha, Aleksandar Pavlovic, Leroy Sané, Angelo Stiller, Florian Wirtz
