Official: Perin signs Juventus contract extension | OneFootball

Mattia Perin has signed a contract extension with Juventus until June 2027.

Juventus confirmed the agreement with an official statement on Wednesday.

“Mattia Perin will continue his adventure with Juventus until 30 June 2027,” the Bianconeri said.

“It’s a contract renewal that has been made official today – Wednesday, 23 October 2024 – after his man-of-the-match performance on Tuesday against Stuttgart, even saving a penalty, but which unfortunately was not enough to avoid the Club’s first defeat of the season in all competitions.

“Mattia has been a Juventus player since 2018, and except for a one-and-a-half-year interlude – from January 2020 to the summer of 2021 on loan at Genoa – he has always defended our posts with charisma and commitment in the 51 matches in which he has been called upon, but his importance stretches well beyond the pitch.

“Since returning to wear our colours for good, he has brought with him – in addition to his undoubted experience and important technical talent – all his charisma. His ‘never-give-up’ attitude fully embodies the Juve spirit. And for these reasons, and many others, we are thrilled to continue our journey together.
