Having scored over 900 goals in his incredible career, it's difficult to pick out Cristiano Ronaldo's very best strikes.

However, six years ago today, his bicycle kick for Real Madrid away to Juventus had even the home fans applauding.

The Portuguese icon had already scored early on in Turin, and made it 2-0 just after the hour, connecting spectacularly with Dani Carvajal's cross in mid-air.

The athleticism. The power in the strike. The fact Gianluigi Buffon could barely move a muscle. The fact it was a repeat of the previous year's final. It all adds to the brilliance of the goal.

Ronaldo would join Juventus later that year, but not before he won his fifth Champions League title.
