Piatkowski goes on loan to Turkey

Spell in Kasimpasa until summer

Kamil Piatkowski is leaving FC Red Bull Salzburg for Turkey, signing a loan contract at top-flight side Kasimpasa until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old Polish international joined our Red Bulls in summer 2021 from Rakov, in his home country, and has made a total of 57 appearances (with one goal and three assists). Piatkowski has also gone on loan to KAA Gent (early 2023) and Granada (early 2024).

Kamil made clear in some very good discussions that he wanted a regular starting spot. We could not guarantee that due to the situation in our squad, which is why we agreed on this loan. We hope that he can get a lot of playing time in the coming months at Kasimpasa, which should help his ambitions with the Polish national team.
