Pontypridd United are promoted back to the Genero Adran Leagues Premier after winning a three-team title race on the final day.
Adran Premier Championship Round
Briton Ferry Llansawel 1-2 The New Saints Wrexham 4-2 Cardiff City (Att: 290)
Abbie Iddenden hit a hat-trick after Rosie Hughes’ opener, as Wrexham defeated champions Cardiff City 4-2. Laura Curnock had given the Bluebirds the lead, Lily Billingham netting early in the second half.
The New Saints won away with first-half goals from Chantelle Teare and Lia Lewis, Megan Kearle having scored in-between for Briton Ferry Llansawel.
Adran Premier Relegation Round
Barry Town United 0-2 Cardiff Met (Att: 105) Aberystwyth Town 1-3 Swansea City (Att: 73)
Nia Jones gave Swansea City an early advantage, which was doubled by Josie Pugh’s own goal, Lily Moralee-Hughes getting one back for Aberystwyth. Maddy Murray added a late third for the Swans.
Relegated Cardiff Met secured a first win of the campaign, with first-half goals at Barry by Molly Chapman and Ruby Colleton.
Adran North
Connah’s Quay Nomads 3-1 Felinheli (Att: 55) Flint Town United 3-0 Bangor NFA 0-3 Llanfair United Llandudno 6-1 Rhyl (Att: 64)
Champions Connah’s Quay struck three times in 20 first-half minutes, Felinheli pulling one back before the break.
Harriet Davies scored two of Llanfair’s three goals at NFA, Kelsey Davies scored four times as Llandudno hit Rhyl for six.
Flint beat Bangor 3-0 with Rosie Hughes on target twice and the visitors’ Erin Basinger sent off in only the 12th minute.
Adran South
Cwmbran Celtic 0-1 Penybont Pontypridd United 4-0 Llanelli Town Swansea University 1-1 Cascade (Att: 100)
Pontypridd United made sure of the title when beating Llanelli 4-0, Nicole Fenton contributing a double.
Swansea University and Cascade drew 1-1 to finish second and third respectively, two points behind Ponty. Cascade had lead through Ellis Lunn’s goal on 22 minutes but Annabel Stokes equalised in added time.
Casey Daniels’ ninth-minute goal proved enough to give Penybont the points at Cwmbran, from whom they took fourth place.
