Milan star Christian Pulisic will undergo medical tests on his injured calf on Monday, but reports in Italy suggest the American may have suffered a first-degree lesion, which would force him to the sidelines for nearly a month.
Milan are waiting for Pulisic’s medical tests after the ex-Chelsea winger suffered a calf injury during a 2-1 loss against Atalanta on Friday.
Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sport Italia report that the 26-year-old will undergo an MRI scan on Monday.

The medical tests must determine which muscles have been hit and the type of lesion.
Gazzetta reports Pulisic’s injury is likely more serious than a mere muscle contracture.
The Rossoneri star has already been ruled out of the upcoming Champions League clash against FK Crvena Zvezda, but if he has suffered a first-degree lesion, then he will remain out of action for at least two or three weeks, missing games against Genoa and Venezia in Serie A.
Pulisic has eight goals and six assists in 20 appearances across all competitions this season.
