Real Madrid advanced to the quarterfinal stage of the Copa Del Rey by securing a 5-2 victory over Celta Vigo, with Endrick notably scoring a brace.
However, euphoria over the victory turned sour due to a section of Real Madrid fans booing midfield star Aurelien Tchouameni.
The Frenchman has come under fire for his lack of consistency lately, which has even led to speculations linking him with a move away from the Santiago Bernabeu.
As a result, Tchouameni was the subject of some intense reaction from the fans on the night.
Despite the intense reception, though, Tchouameni continued and offered a solid performance in the middle of the park.
According to MARCA, the Frenchman’s performance and courage have helped him gain the appreciation of his teammates, who have now grown more emphatetic to the situation he is facing right now.

The Real Madrid dressing room considers Tchouameni an honest professional, who has never raised any objections about his role in the team despite often playing out of position.
That is why Carlo Ancelotti commended the midfielder’s performance after the Celta clash while Kylian Mbappe also demanded that the fans respect the Frenchman.
Real Madrid, for their part, want to preserve Tchouameni, despite recent reports linking him with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu.
Ancelotti has also informed the player to keep playing and not complicate things for himself. He has further asssured that he has the respect of the coach and the dressing room.
The coming few matches, therefore, could prove to be critical as the Frenchman looks to redeem himself and once again become a respected figure in the Real Madrid camp.
