According to Transfermarkt’s latest assessment, Real Madrid’s star forward Vinicius Jr has seen his market value rise significantly to an impressive €200 million. This marks a notable increase of €20 million from his previous valuation of €180 million.

The Brazilian winger has firmly established himself as one of the most valuable players in the football world today and is also a favourite to win this year’s Ballon d’Or.

Vinicius Jr’s updated market value now puts him on par with Manchester City’s striker Erling Haaland. Both players are the only ones on the platform to be valued at a staggering €200 million.

This solidifies their status as two of the most sought-after talents in global football, especially after the Lione Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo era.

More Real Madrid players on the list

Their contributions to their respective teams, especially from the previous season, combined with their exceptional individual performances, have played a crucial role in driving up their valuations.

What makes this even more remarkable is that three of the top five highest-valued players in the world are currently wearing the Real Madrid shirt.

Alongside Vinicius, midfielder Jude Bellingham and Kylian Mbappe are both valued at €180 million each. Unlike Vinicius Jr., there is no change in their valuation.

It must be noted that Vinicius has become a key figure for Real Madrid, showcasing his speed, dribbling skills, and goal-scoring ability, having contributed 11 goals this season in 12 matches.

His rise to a €200 million valuation reflects his growing influence on the pitch and the role he plays in shaping the future of the club.

It comes as no surprise that Vinicius commands such high valuations. Real Madrid’s ability to retain players of this calibre further strengthens their position as one of the leading football clubs on the global stage.
