Report – Italy Duo & Poland Star At The Heart Of A Potential Inter Milan & Roma Transfer Deal | OneFootball

Lorenzo Pellegrini, Davide Frattesi, and Nicola Zalewski are all at the heart of potential transfer talks between Inter Milan and Roma this summer.

This according to the Corriere della Sera, via FCInterNews. They report that the Nerazzurri are the club most interested in Pellegrini’s signature, whilst Frattesi could go the other way.

According to the Corriere della Sera, it is now looking very likely that Lorenzo Pellegrini will leave Roma at the end of the season.

The 28-year-old is under contract until the end of June 2026.

And there has been zero progress in negotiations regarding a new deal for the former Sassuolo midfielder.

Therefore, without an extension, Roma will look to sell Pellegrini.

The big question then would be where Pellegrini would go next.

And according to the Corriere della Sera, Inter are the team in Serie A with the strongest interest in the Italian international’s signature.

Moreover, the newspaper notes, there would also be the possibility of other players becoming part of talks between Inter and Roma for Pellegrini.

Firstly, there is Inter’s Davide Frattesi.

The 25-year-old would be a fairly natural candidate for a swap deal of some kind.

It is not secret that Roma want to sign Frattesi. They spent much of the January transfer window chasing the Italian international, though he stayed at Inter.

Inter value Frattesi at no less than €30 million according to the Corriere della Sera. He could therefore come into a deal for Pellegrini.

Meanwhile, the newspaper note, there is also the situation of wingback Nicola Zalewski for Inter and Roma to discuss.

At the moment, the Polish international is at Inter on loan from the Giallorossi.

However, the Nerazzurri have the option to sign Zalewski on a permanent basis this summer.
