Revealed: Roma planning to release remake of 1993/94 Barilla shirt

Roma are ready to launch a new jersey with ties to the 1990s.

According to footyheadlines.com, in fact, the Giallorossi are planning to put on sale, starting in November, a kit that will recall the 1993-1994 season, that is, the first year of Franco Sensi’s ownership.

The jersey, with Barilla as the main sponsor, cannot be used in official matches but it would be a historical remake.

Moreover, that was the season of Francesco Totti’s debut in Serie A, a year in which the captain’s armband was worn by the “Prince” Giuseppe Giannini.
