Rubin Kazan coach Leonid Slutsky is in the dark over claims of Tottenham closing on a deal for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The exciting Georgia international winger is the subject of negotiations between the two clubs, reports Sport-Express, with Rubin seeking €20m to sell.

For his part, Slutsky insists he knows nothing about the imminent departure of his young star.

"I don't know anything about it. Usually the agent gives comments about his transfer, it is better to contact him," said the former Hull City manager.

Kvaratskhelia is the reigning U21 Russian Premier League Player of the Year.
