Salernitana could drop to Serie C, in case of the club’s expulsion from the Serie A at the end of the year.

Corriere della Sera claim that Salernitana have nine days left to find a buyer and after the deadline of the 31st of December, the club would be open to receiving third party deals. FIGC President Gabriele Gravina though, does not want the Salerno club to drop into the amateur leagues.
