Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. is back in the news regarding his links with the Saudi Arabian clubs.
This time, reports from Real Madrid Confidencial suggest that Saudi Arabia is preparing a record-breaking bid of €350 million.
The Brazilian star, who previously turned down a staggering €1 billion contract spread over five seasons, could soon be faced with another lucrative offer.
It is said that Saudi Arabia is determined to strengthen its football investments and sees Vinicius as a key target for the summer transfer window of 2025.
If the proposed deal materialises, it would surpass the current record transfer fee of €222 million, which Paris Saint-Germain paid Barcelona for Neymar. The move would set a new benchmark in football history.
Among the clubs leading the race for Vinicius, Al-Ahli appear to be in the strongest position. However, Al Hilal and Al Nassr, the latter being the club where Cristiano Ronaldo currently plays, are also keen on securing the Brazilian’s services.

Al-Ahli have already attracted big names like Riyad Mahrez, Roberto Firmino, and Gabri Veiga, and acquiring Vinicius would be a major statement in their ambitions.
Despite the immense interest from Saudi Arabia, Vinicius remains under contract with Real Madrid until 2027.
He renewed his deal in October 2023 and has consistently expressed his commitment to staying at the club for the long term.
His release clause is set at €1 billion, a figure that Real Madrid would use as a reference point should any club attempt to negotiate a transfer.
For Real Madrid, the situation is straightforward. If Vinicius wishes to stay, the club has no intention of selling him. However, if the player expresses a desire to leave, they will consider offers, including substantial proposals from Saudi clubs.
Additionally, Real Madrid are already working on further renewing the Brazilian’s contract, aiming to put an end to the ongoing speculation surrounding his future.
