Serhou Guirassy only made his Borussia Dortmund debut on Friday night, and he has now scored his first goal for the club in tonight’s Champions League clash away to Club Brugge.
The Guinea striker’s start to life in black and yellow, after his move from Bundesliga rivals Stuttgart, was delayed due to a knee injury suffered in pre-season, but he is quickly making up for lost time.
Nuri Şahin’s side racked up the goals in the second half through a brace from Jamie Bynoe-Gittens before Guirassy was caught by Brandon Mechele in the penalty area.
The striker made no mistake from the spot to open his account for the Bundesliga outfit and cap off a comfortable victory at the Jan Breydel Stadium.
After hitting 30 last season, could this be the first of many for Guirassy with his new club?
