Antonio Conte will have to do without Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for Napoli’s Serie A match against Hellas Verona, and possibly for the rest of his career, as the Georgian has submitted a transfer request amidst talks of a potential move to Paris Saint-Germain.
David Neres, who has often served as Kvaratskhelia’s understudy this season, will be given an opportunity to start in the league for just the sixth time of his Napoli career instead.

Conte has confirmed that Matteo Politano is expected to return after he missed the 3-0 win over Fiorentina with a calf issue last time out.
There could also be another opportunity for Leonardo Spinazzola to start at left-back in place of the injured Matias Olivera.
There is more solidity about the midfield, as an unchanged combination of Stanislav Lobotka, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and Scott McTominay are the expected starters.
Kick-off is due at 19.45 GMT.
Napoli (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo; Rrahmani, Juan Jesus, Spinazzola; Anguissa, Lobotka, McTominay; Politano, Lukaku, Neres.
Verona (3-4-1-2): Montipò; Dawidowicz, Coppola, Ghilardi; Daniliuc, Duda, Belahyane, Bradaric; Suslov; Sarr, Tengstedt.
Sunday’s match will be available to watch in the UK online via OneFootball. Supporters in the USA will be able to tune in on CBS and online through Paramount+.
