Atalanta hope Mateo Retegui and Ademola Lookman can get them back on track, while Lazio must reshuffle their midfield and defence to keep top four ambitions alive.
It kicks off at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).

Atalanta had been in the Scudetto race only a couple of weeks ago, but their form crumbled with back-to-back defeats against Inter and Fiorentina.
Now they are nervously looking over their shoulders to keep hold of third place instead.
Gian Piero Gasperini has the usual lengthy injury list, including Rafael Toloi, Stefan Posch, Odilon Kossounou, Gianluca Scamacca, Giorgio Scalvini and Marco Palestra.
The good news is that midfield enforcer Ederson returns from suspension, while Mateo Retegui has shaken off a muscular problem to start with Ademola Lookman.
Juan Cuadrado is preferred to Charles De Ketelaere and Marco Brescianini in support of the strikers.

Lazio have had similar issues, winning only two of their last nine competitive matches, fresh off a humiliating 5-0 defeat to Bologna and disappointing 1-1 with Torino.
It saw them slide down to eighth place, albeit still only four points adrift of the top four, so it’s all to play for.
The Biancocelesti are also preparing for Thursday’s first leg of the Europa League quarter-final with Bodo/Glimt, but there’s little room for squad rotation.
Matteo Guendouzi is suspended, with Patric and Arijon Ibrahimovic injured, plus Alessio Romagnoli laid low by flu symptoms.
Taty Castellanos and Tijjani Noslin are not fully fit, so Boulaye Dia starts upfront with January signing Reda Belahyane getting the nod in midfield.
Nuno Tavares returns to the starting XI after an injury on international duty.
Ivan Provedel drops to the bench for Christos Mandas.
