The agent of Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has this weekend revealed his take that the young winger stood out as the very best player in world football this calendar year.

Attacker Lamine, for his part, is fresh off adding to his silverware cabinet once more.

After making the trip to Dubai for the latest edition of the Globe Soccer Awards, the 17-year-old was crowned the game’s very best ‘Emerging Talent’.
