However, after returning to training today (Monday 27 January), the Jamaica international is expected to be back available for selection for our trip to Merseyside.

“She was on grass today and everything looks like she can participate on Wednesday,” he told the media in his pre-match press conference on Monday afternoon.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Lize Kop and new signing Josefine Rybrink joined after they could be registered for the original scheduled fixture, so both will be ineligible to feature in the FA Cup tie.

“The only player that can’t play from yesterday is Lize as she wasn’t registered before the original date, so she won’t be in the squad,” he added.

We will remain without Eveliina Summanen, Ella Morris and Kit Graham.
