Joao Felix has officially completed his loan move to AC Milan and the details of the transfer have been revealed by The Athletic.
The transfer window slammed shut at 11pm on Monday night, with the Blues making one deadline day signing, as well as finalising a number of exits.
Mathis Amougou arrived from St Etienne for £12.5m, with the midfielder set to take the place of Andrey Santos at Strasbourg next season.
Chelsea finalised four deadline day departures with Felix, Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell and Carney Chuwkuemeka all completing temporary exits for the second half of the season.
Without doubt Felix’s exit was the most high profile and most surprising of the window for the Blues given he only joined last summer.
The Blues paid £44.5m to sign the Portugal international from Atletico Madrid, although it’s been claimed Maresca didn’t actually want Felix.

The 25-year-old was signed as a backup option to star man Cole Palmer, and he’s only started three Premier League games.
He fared better in the cup competitions and scored seven goals for the Blues, but he’s once again on the move, and it’s becoming a recurring theme in his career that he can’t seem to settle anywhere.
Chelsea will hope Felix does well in Milan to attract potential suitors ahead of a possible summer exit, although it’s unclear currently exactly what the club’s long term plans are for the Portuguese.
The move to Milan gives Felix a chance to test himself in another league and The Athletic have now revealed the details of the deal.
They report the Italian giants will cover all of Felix’s salary, whilst there’s no buy option with the Blues set to receive a loan fee of €5.5m.

The Athletic add that Chelsea say the loan agreement ends on June 1st meaning Felix would be available to take part in the Club World Cup this summer.
Felix’s departure means Chelsea now have one less attacking option for the remainder of the season, and the Blues will have to hope they don’t suffer any major injuries in that department.
