The Premier League is set to return next month and when it does, Liverpool will need just two more wins to secure the title.
But with social distance measures still in place, many supporters have wondered what it’s going to look like when the Reds finally get their hands on the trophy.
Well football resumed in Austria on Friday, and Red Bull Salzburg secured the Austrian Cup with a crushing 5-0 victory over second-tier opponents Austria Lustenau in Klagenfurt.
The match was played behind closed doors at Wörthersee Stadion, with many fans watching on a big screen from their cars, drive-in-movie style.
And afterwards, Jesse Marsch’s side celebrated their victory together, from a safe distance of 1.5 metres.
“It feels good to win this trophy,” Marsch said.
“Our boys put so much in during the lockdown. I am very proud of them. We can enjoy this evening and the honour. Now we have the league, which we want to win too of course.”
The new normal just keeps getting weirder.
