Chivas Femenil's preparation for the Apertura 2023 Tournament has already been defined. Juan Pablo Alfaro and his coaching staff have outlined a very complete preseason, with a view to El Rebaño Sagrado once again becoming a firm contender for the Liga MX Femenil title.

The squad will report back on Thursday June 8 and for a couple of days to undergo the necessary physical and medical examinations; afterwards, they will have some training sessions at their usual headquarters at the Rafa Márquez Academy (ARM).

Then comes the good part, as has been the custom for several years, Las Chingonas will return to Manzanillo to undertake the most demanding stage of their preparation, which includes beach, gym and court work.

The red and white squad will return to Guadalajara on the 21st, rest on the 22nd and continue training at the ARM until their debut in the Apertura 2023, a period in which they plan to play 3 friendly matches, with dates and opponents to be confirmed.
