Juventus Women’s Serie A Poule Scudetto kicked off in the best possible fashion on Matchday 19, with a 4-3 home win over Roma in Biella. Naturally, in a win so important, there were a number of standout individual performances.

The efforts of Martina Lenzini, Emma Kullberg and Cristiana Girelli were particularly noteworthy, and each earned a place in the official ‘Top XI’ - Team of the Week - for the weekend’s games. Let’s look at why…

Beyond providing an assist, Martina was the Bianconera with the highest pass-completion rate on the weekend (88%).

EMMA KULLBERG

Emma won more defensive headers (seven) than any of her teammates on the day, which was the third-highest number in the league over the weekend.

CRISTIANA GIRELLI

As well as scoring a hat-trick, Cristiana was one of two players with the most shots on goal (four, along with Martina Piemonte of Lazio) and among the two forwards with the most duels won (eight, second only to Valeria Monterubbiano’s 13).
