Bad news for Milan ahead of the upcoming big match with Roma.
Fikayo Tomori came off during the first half, during the league match against Bologna.

The Rossoneri defender asked to be substituted after just 14 minutes due to dizziness after suffering a blow, during an involuntary clash with Dominguez, which came after an attempted back pass.
His condition will be assessed in the next few hours.
At the moment the English defender is considered doubtful for the match against Roma scheduled for Sunday 18 May, with the time yet to be determined.
