Tottenham’s hopes of reaching the Europa League final have been boosted after Dominic Solanke was passed fit for the second leg of their semi-final against Bodo/Glimt.
But Spurs captain Heung-min Son remains sidelined and is not in the squad for the game in the Arctic Circle on Thursday.
Solanke was forced off after feeling his quad in last week’s 3-1 first-leg win over Bodo/Glimt in north London and then missed Sunday’s 1-1 draw at West Ham in the Premier League.
But Ange Postecoglou has confirmed the striker is fit to return and lead the line for Spurs.
Son has missed the last five Spurs games due to a troublesome foot injury and the South Korean is still not ready to return despite being back in training.
Speaking on the latest Tottenham team news in Norway on Wednesday, Postecoglou said: “Madders [James Maddison] from the first leg, so he's out. He'll miss the rest of this season and it’s disappointing for him.
“I'm disappointed for him because he's been a real catalyst for us. He'll miss out but that's been the story of our season.
“Everyone else from the first leg has travelled and they're ready to go.
“No [Son hasn't travelled]. Dom is fine and ready to go, he's trained with the team. Disappointing for Sonny. He has progressed and he's a possibility to get minutes at the weekend [against Crystal Palace] but he hasn't trained with the team yet.”
