Spurs have been locked in talks during Deadline Day as a triple deal nears
Tottenham have agreed a buy option in Mathys Tel's loan move from Bayern Munich.
Spurs have been in discussions with Bayern throughout Monday's Deadline Day to include an option to make the move permanent, and an agreement has now been reached.
Tel had previously rejected a move to Tottenham after Spurs and Bayern agreed a deal worth around £50million.
Spurs moved on to other targets before a deal was sensationally resurrected over the weekend and Tel flew to London on Monday to undergo a medical.

Tottenham have also agreed a deal to sign young Liverpool centre-back Luca Furnell-Gill.
The 18-year-old is set to bolster numbers in the club's academy and should be announced in a double deal with midfielder Daniel Batty, also 18, from Man City before the deadline.
Batty joined City’s academy at Under-8 level and has progressed through the age groups.
The pair are not being considered for Ange Postecoglou's first-team squad this season.
