Tottenham entertain Leicester City in the Premier League this afternoon with both teams in desperate need of points.
Spurs overcame Hoffenheim in Germany during the week which could prove crucial in their bid to make the Europa League knockout stages.
However, Ange Postecoglou could be without up to 11 first-team players for their clash against Leicester.
Djed Spence, Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma’s availability is still in doubt with the trio still dealing with pain from last weekend. Antonin Kinsky and Sergio Reguilon are back in contention after being ineligible for the Europa League.
Only bottom-of-the-table Southampton have collected less points than Leicester’s 14 in the top flight this season.
Ruud van Nistelrooy provided an update on long-term absentees Mads Hermansen and Abdul Fatawu in his Friday press conference.
Both players are progressing well at different stages of recovery, but aren’t expected to feature for the foreseeable future. Wilfred Ndidi is set to return to training next week but will miss today’s match while new signing Wayo Coulibaly is poised to make his debut for the Foxes.

Spurs edged closer to the round of 16 of the Europa League on Thursday night by beating Hoffenheim 3-2.
Heung-min Son bagged a brace in Germany after James Maddison had opened the scoring inside three minutes.
But in the Premier League, Tottenham have failed to win in their last six attempts – a run that includes five losses. Prior to their triumph in Europe, they were dealt a 3-2 defeat by David Moyes’s Everton, a scoreline that flattered the Lilywhites.
Despite lying in 15th position, Tottenham have still scored the third most goals in the division with 45.
Leicester: LLWLL
The Foxes have lost seven consecutive league games which has seen them plummet down the table.
In recent weeks, Fulham and Crystal Palace have prevailed at the King Power Stadium in 2-0 victories.
However, they did progress into the fourth round of the FA Cup a fortnight ago by thrashing Queens Park Rangers 6-2.
A trip to Old Trafford to face the holders, Manchester United, awaits the 2021 FA Cup winners. Ruud van Nistelrooy’s side have only won once on their travels this term, a 3-2 victory over Southampton.
A spirited Leicester City managed to frustrate Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham in the opening game of this season.
It was Leicester’s first game in the top flight since promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking by winning the Championship.
However, it was the visitors that dominated proceedings in the first half with Brennan Johnson and Dominic Solanke going close.
The Foxes eventually succumbed to the pressure on the half-hour mark as Spurs notched a deserved lead. Pedro Porro ghosted into the box before deftly flicking James Maddison’s cross into the bottom corner.
Tottenham continued to force the issue after the break with Solanke denied a debut goal by Mads Hermansen. However, the perennial Jamie Vardy would make his mark on the contest as he equalised just shy of the hour mark.
A lapse in concentration from the Spurs backline allowed the unmarked Vardy to be picked out by Abdul Fatawu. The striker made no mistake with his headed finish.
Steve Cooper’s players were reinvigorated from the leveller. Vardy almost recorded his second, but Guglielmo Vicario was equal to his close-range attempt.
Despite a late ambush on the Tottenham goal, Leicester had to settle for a point on their return to the Premier League.
