Liverpool fans have been given increasing cause for excitement over a potential summer deal for Milos Kerkez.
According to reports, he is their preferred long-term successor to left-back stalwart Andy Robertson and that contact has now been made with both the player’s representatives and Bournemouth, who value him at around the £40million mark.

Manchester United are also believed to be keen on a surprise deal for Felix Nmecha.
The former Manchester City midfielder has endured something of an injury-plagued spell at Borussia Dortmund, but has generally impressed when he has been on the pitch.
German publication Bild claim that United are willing to offer £40m for Nmecha, whom Dortmund are reluctant to sell.
However, they may well be under pressure to offload some key players this summer if they do not qualify for next season’s Champions League amid their ongoing Bundesliga struggles.

Manchester United are preparing to go “all out” to finally land Jarrad Branthwaite this summer, it has been claimed.
The Red Devils have been in long-running pursuit of the Everton and England defender and seen multiple bids for his services rejected in the past.
However, they now look determined to get a deal done ready for next season with The Sun claiming that they are ready to pay a valuation of over £50m.
Branthwaite is said to be open to moving to Old Trafford, but only if United are in the Champions League next season.
Given their current Premier League position, that would require them to win the Europa League under Ruben Amorim this term.

Arsenal are prepared to offer a deal to ex-Manchester City star Leroy Sane, reports claim.
The Gunners remain actively searching for high-profile attacking options for the summer amid rumours of a large transfer kitty to spend after a frustratingly quiet January window and the subsequent collapse of their latest Premier League title bid.
Arsenal are still being linked daily with long-term targets like Alexander Isak, Nico Williams and Benjamin Sesko, but CaughtOffside now claim that they are willing to offer a deal to Sane, whom Mikel Arteta is said to be eager to work with.
The German international’s current contract at Bayern Munich expires in the summer with no agreement reached over an extension, though it’s said he would have to lower his wage demands in order to seal a move to the Emirates Stadium.

Man Utd have begun talks with Juventus regarding a deal for the highly-rated Kenan Yildiz.

This could be a massive boost for Arsenal.
Reports in Spain claim Barcelona's pursuit of Athletic Club's Nico Williams has no chance of being successful unless the Spain international is guaranteed a starting role.
As things stand, Raphinha is enjoying a superb season operating on the left-hand side of Barcelona's attack so it would appear Williams would not be an automatic choice were he to join.
Whereas at the Emirates Stadium, there's every chance he will get regular minutes next season.

The 33-year-old has played more than 50 times at senior international level for Italy but was born and raised in Brazil before moving to Europe as a teenager.
He is out of contract with Arsenal in June and will leave the Gunners as a free agent in the summer if an agreement for him to stay on at the Emirates Stadium is not reached.
