The Bavarian faithful are content with the life under Vincent Kompany. His appointment as Bayern’s new head coach raised eyebrows in the summer. However, Kompany has managed to quickly win over the doubters by his stellar work on the pitch.

Bayern are playing an expansive style of football, irrespective of the opposition. They have suffered a few setbacks this season, but it has hardly deterred fans' belief in Kompany. Even in the 1-0 defeat against Bayer Leverkusen in the round of 16 of the DFB Pokal, Bayern managed to dominate the game despite being reduced to ten men.
