Chelsea stunned by Wolfsburg

Scorers: Huth 16′, 23′, Waßmuth 59′, 78′

Wolfsburg were ahead after 16 minutes when Svenja Huth reacted quickest to score after Zećira Mušović initially saved.

And it was Huth again who doubled the German’s lead, ghosting into the box from midfield to finish calmly from close range.

Despite Chelsea improving in the second half, it was Wolfsburg who netted again when Tabea Waßmuth ran through and bundled home.

Waßmuth concluded an incredible night with her double – and Wolfsburg’s fourth – with another calm finish after some poor Blues’ defending.

Juventus through in second

Scorers: Hurtig 12′, Girelli 19′, 64′ (pen), Bonfantini 89′

It took Juventus just 12 minutes to break the deadlock when Barbara Bonansea crossed for Lina Hurtig to volley home.

The Bianconere doubled their lead minutes later when Cristiana Girelli made no mistake from the penalty spot.

Girelli netted her second and Juventus’ third from the spot after Hurtig was fouled, before Agnese Bonfantini made it four late on.

Parisians put six past Swedes

Scorers: Bachmann 10′, Huitema 44′, 90+4′, Diani 60′, Baltimore 69′, Luana 86′

PSG were ahead after just ten minutes when Ramona Bachmann curled a brilliant strike into the top corner from 20 yards.

Jordyn Huitema doubled their lead with a well-placed header, before Kadidiatou Diani’s clinical run and finish made it three.

Sandy Baltimore added their fourth and fifth respectively, with Huitema grabbing her second and PSG’s sixth in injury time.

Madrid cruise at home

Scorers: Peter 19′, Oroz 41′

Madrid took the lead after Babett Peter saw her initial close range header well saved before netting the rebound.

Las Blancas doubled their advantage when Maite Oroz blasted into the top corner following a well-worked set piece routine.

Esther González made it three in injury time with a well-taken volley from close range.
