A remarkable piece of footage stemming from Real Valladolid’s meeting with Getafe has come to the fore on Sunday evening.

This comes after another outing to forget for the former.

La Liga basement dwellers Real Valladolid welcomed Getafe to the Estadio José Zorrilla earlier today, in the knowledge that another defeat would see them all but condemned to relegation.

When all was said and done, though, not only were the Pucelanos condemned to defeat, but a heavy one at that.

Owing to another dismal showing at both ends, Valladolid were put to the sword by four goals to nil, to leave them a full 14 points from safety.

And en route to as much, tensions reached a new level entirely on the club’s bench.

As showcased in the footage below, after Luis Pérez began physically lashing out at teammate Juanmi Latasa, Eray Cömert was forced to intervene, stopping the former from actions which could well have had serious consequences:
