Santiago Gimenez’s first goal for AC Milan generated an understandably excited reaction from his home country Mexico.

It was certainly a lovely goal to open his account for the club, with Christian Pulisic doing excellently to feed him and then the Mexican striker settling the ball down on his left before cutting inside and firing in with power and precision.
