Manuel Pellegrini could welcome back Pedro Obiang and Marko Arnautović as West Ham host Tottenham on Wednesday evening.
Obiang has not played since suffering an injury against Brighton three weeks ago but should be back in action in the EFL Cup clash.
Speaking after Saturday’s draw with Leicester City, Pellegrini said Obiang has been “working without any problems”, as reported by Football London.
The midfielder will be needed in Wednesday’s London derby after Hammers captain Mark Noble was sent off at the weekend and now begins a three-game ban.
Marko Arnautović could also return on Wednesday.
The Austrian is West Ham’s top goalscorer so far this season with four goals but missed Saturday’s game due to illness.
