While the Nations League is important, this squad also gives Wiegman a chance to look at potential players for the EURO 2025 squad this summer.

Wiegman has elected to give a first senior call-up for Tottenham Hotspur defender Ella Morris who has impressed despite Spurs' WSL struggles.

Aston Villa's Missy Bo Kearns also returns to the squad with Michelle Agyemang keeping her spot in the team after scoring just seconds into her debut back in April against Belgium.

Chelsea star Lauren James still has featured since the last international break and remains out of the squad but there are returns for Alex Greenwood, Georgia Stanway, and Lauren Hemp.

England host Portugal at Wembley on May 30th before facing Spain in Barcelona on June 3rd.
